Mr. Edwards has served as a director of the company since 2009. Mr. Edwards has been the president and chief executive officer of the company since November 2004. Previously, Mr. Edwards was the president of Puritan Medical Products, a division of Airgas Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Edwards held management positions with Fisher Scientific International, Inc., Cargill, Inc., Agribrands International and the Ralston Purina Company. Mr. Edwards is currently a member of the board of directors of Compass Group Diversified Holdings LLC, a NASDAQ listed company and Calavo Growers, Inc., also a NASDAQ listed company. Mr. Edwards is a graduate of Lewis and Clark College and The American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) where he earned a Masters of Business Administration.

Mr. Teague has served as senior vice president of the company since 2004. Mr. Teague previously served the Company as vice president of agribusiness, from 2004 to 2005. Mr. Teague is currently a member of the board of directors of Ventura County Workforce Investment Board, Ventura County Community Foundation, Farm Worker Housing, Salinas Land Company and California Orchard Company. Mr. Teague is a graduate of University of Pacific, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration.

Mr. Rumley has served as chief financial officer since June 2010. Mr. Rumley brings over 25 years of public and private accounting management experience to Limoneira. Mr. Rumley most recently was an Audit Partner at McGladrey & Pullen LLP. From 2005 to 2008, he held a similar position at Grant Thornton LLP. He also served as Audit Director at Deloitte & Touche LLP. He served public and private companies in Deloitte's Consumer Business Practice and Enterprise Risk Services from 1996 to 2005. Prior to Deloitte & Touche, Mr. Rumley served as Vice President, Finance for two different privately held companies. Mr. Rumley also served as Controller for Penske Automotive Group from 1990 to 1995. Mr. Rumley received a BS in Accounting from California State University Northridge and a MBA with an emphasis in Finance from Pepperdine University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
